Welcome to the community site for our latest member of the Toad family of products at Quest Software, Toad for Cloud Databases. We are very excited about this new product, and this will be your destination for learning all sorts of fun facts about the product and ‘cloud databases’ in general.
If you are unfamiliar with ‘cloud databases’, also known as ‘no-SQL databases’ don’t worry, that’s the whole point of Toad for Cloud Databases. The product makes it easy to access and manage non-relational data stored in the Cloud through a SQL-based interface that enables querying, data migration and reporting. Plus, it provides the ability to execute cross-database operations and perform data management functions, all without extensive programming.
So if you’re an RDBMS professional that’s been tempted to try the cloud, but not sure where to start, don’t fret. We’re here to help. We’ll be going live with an extended beta of the product in late June, and it will be freely available for download from this site. There’s just one favor we ask…please provide us with feedback through our forums as you use it so that we can continue to improve the product and give it the functionality you want. Sound like a deal?
